Instalment Payment has been added as a new benefit to Family Plus bookings. Customers will be able to split their booking payment in two, 50% will be payable at the time of booking and 50% later.
To be able to use this option, your travel needs to be booked at least 45 days pre-departure and final payment will be due 40 days pre-departure.
Customers need to come back to Ryanair website to make the second payment themselves.
How can I proceed with my second payment of Instalment Payment?
You only need to follow the following steps:
- Log in to your account or retrieve your booking
- Go to My Bookings and select the upcoming trip that is pending to be paid
- Select Complete Payment
- Proceed with the payment
If the balance is not paid at least 40 days pre-departure, your booking will be automatically cancelled. The instalment paid will be refunded to the Wallet section of your myRyanair Account.
Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 12 months of the issued date.
Instalment Payment will not be available where any third-party services (such as accommodation, events, activities, airport transfer, airport parking, car hire or travel insurance) are included on a booking (airport fast track services excluded).
