You can make minor changes to the name on your Gift Card (e.g., maiden to married name, or minor spelling errors) at no extra cost. Please contact us to make this change. Otherwise, major name changes on Gift Cards are not permitted.

If you use a Gift Card to pay, you will not be permitted to make name changes on your booking after the payment is completed.

No. The validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended. After your Gift Card expires, any remaining value cannot be refunded.

To book a flight using the Gift Card, insert the 18-digit voucher number during check-out on the right-hand side of the page, then click Redeem. 

The Gift Card code is valid until fully redeemed within the expiry date. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months (5 years in Ireland) after the issue date and can be redeemed within that time on our website. The validity of Gift Cards can't be extended beyond or after their expiry date.

Gift Cards can be used as payment for flights and all extras. See Ryanair Gift Card T&Cs for details on extras. You won’t be able to use a Gift Card for car hire, transfers, or hotel bookings.

Please check that the details on the Gift Card match the exact name on the passport and that you are using the Gift Card in the currency it was purchased in. If you are still experiencing problems then please contact us.

We regret that a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

We apologise that you haven’t received your Gift Card. Please consider the above estimated delivery times when waiting for your Gift Card. If you still haven’t received your Gift Card once these delivery times have lapsed, please contact us and we will issue you with a replacement digital card once we verify the following details: Gift Card recipient name, email address and/or postage address.
